it was an absolutely amazing stay, incredibly beautiful place. the food was good - good choice of options. the room was modern and fairly quiet and the bed comfortable. everything was nice and within 30 minutes' drive of norfolk international airport.

Private parking on-site provided. Nice pool area too. Excellent location for visiting restaurants and bars. Pretty close to the airport, 19 miles.

I appreciated the early warning about the lack of a refrigerator and microwave in the room, which helped manage expectations. Consider bringing snacks since there's no in-room fridge.

Like a party every night. The vibe was fun, though the room was smaller than expected and the parking situation could be tedious at times. A great beach stay but could use some improvements.

Amazing Vibe and Friendly Staff

The staff was friendly and were really good too. The vibrant lobby atmosphere, warm pool, and pet-friendly environment made it a perfect spot for us. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but they were comfortable and clean, made up for it.

the lack of furniture in the room was a bummer, especially with no dresser to put clothes. loved the oceanfront view, the huge rain shower, and the friendly staff who helped us with everything.

I stayed at the Moxy in Virginia Beach for one night with my family. The customer service was excellent, especially Emily, who accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. The modern vibe of the hotel was a plus, and the views from our top-floor rooms were fine. The lounge area was stylish, and staying there while waiting for our rooms was quite pleasant. The location is perfect, right on the beach. I loved the diner downstairs. The food was really good. We faced some issues. The shower didn't provide very warm water, disappointing. The hotel doesn't have traditional receptionists. Finally, they charged us $11 for valet parking.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference due to its convenient location, just 2 km from the Virginia Beach Convention Center. the room was comfortable, and I appreciated the friendly staff and their efforts to create a vibrant atmosphere. the bar and on-site restaurant added to the enjoyable experience.

One service I missed during my work stay was a mini fridge in the room. Having the ability to store leftovers or snacks would have been beneficial, especially after long conference days.

The hotel's location was fantastic, very close to the beach and on the boardwalk. The staff were accommodating and the bar had a nice variety of options. Cleanliness was excellent, with great onsite facilities.
